Using the service
By creating an account or using GPT Image GIFs, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. This is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI.
Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid service units, not currency, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The base pack is 100 credits for US $9.90. Purchases are one-time payments through Stripe, not subscriptions. The final checkout shows any applicable taxes. Credits are added only after payment is confirmed. The displayed generation price is reserved at submission; higher quality, more frames and Sunburst may cost more. Confirmed generation failures automatically return the reserved credits.
Refunds
If you have a billing issue or want to request a refund for unused credits, contact support@gptimagegifs.com. Completed generation costs are normally non-refundable because model computation has already been supplied. This does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Your inputs and outputs
You must have the necessary rights to any content you submit. Subject to applicable law and provider terms, you may use your generated outputs, including commercially. Outputs may resemble other content, may contain errors and may not qualify for exclusive rights. You are responsible for reviewing them before use. We process your inputs and outputs only as needed to provide and operate the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content, sexual exploitation, harassment, deceptive impersonation, infringement or abuse of the service. You must follow OpenAI’s usage policies. We may reject requests or restrict accounts that violate these terms. You remain responsible for the content you create and publish.
Availability and storage
Generation time and quality vary. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect loops or a particular visual outcome. Download copies of GIFs you want to keep. We may change features or prices prospectively; prices displayed before submission apply to that generation.
Responsibility and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For account, content or payment questions contact support@gptimagegifs.com.
