Who we are
GPT Image GIFs is an independent GIF creation service at gptimagegifs.com. Contact support@gptimagegifs.com for privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
Information we collect
We store your email address, display name, securely hashed password (for email accounts), Google account identifier (for Google sign-in), session records, credit balance, payment references, prompts, generation settings and generated GIFs. We use a limited hash of your network address to prevent abuse.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, generate and deliver GIFs, process credit purchases, prevent fraud, troubleshoot failures and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal information. Your prompts and outputs are private to your account and are not automatically published in the gallery.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, database, generated media and service logs. Prompts and a pseudonymous account identifier are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to OpenAI to generate your requested GIF. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive or store full card details. Google handles optional Google sign-in. Website fonts are hosted with the app on Cloudflare. These providers process information under their own policies and may process it outside your country.
Cookies and local storage
We use an essential HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie to complete Google authentication. Browser local storage remembers your unfinished generation identifier. The page URL determines the display language. We do not use advertising trackers in this version.
Retention and your choices
Your account and creations remain stored until removed or a deletion request is fulfilled. We retain payment and credit transaction references as necessary for accounting and fraud prevention. Service logs are written to private Cloudflare storage; the deployment guide includes a 30-day lifecycle policy for them. Never include sensitive personal information in your prompts. To request an export or deletion, email support@gptimagegifs.com from the email associated with your account.
Security and changes
We use encrypted network connections, hashed passwords, server-side secrets and account-scoped file access. No storage system is risk-free. We may update this policy as the service changes; the revision date is shown above.
